Fee Structure & Rules

  • Last date for depositing 1st Installment 2nd Installment 3rd Installment and 4th Installment are 15th April, 15th July, 15th Oct and 15th Jan respectively. For New Admission, fee must be deposited within 10 days of the date of confirmation of admission.
  • Last fine will be imposed after the lapse of last date for the fee deposition in each quarter.
  • Scheduled & Amount of late fee will be as follows:
    From 15th to 30th April/31st July/31st Oct/31st Jan Rs. 50
    From 01st to 15th May/15th Aug/15th Nov/15th Feb Rs. 100
    From 15th to 31st May/31st Aug/30th Nov/28th Feb Rs. 200
    From 01st to 30th Jun/ 01st to 30th Sep/01st to 30th Dec/01st to 30th Mar Re-Admission fee of Rs. 500

    (After the lapse of above dates an additional late fee of Rs. 10 per day shall be charged above aforesaid late fine)

  • Above mentioned fine can be exempted in case of late deposition where school shall receive an application duly signed by parents mentioning the reason for late deposition of fees and also they must clearly mention the time by which they will be able to deposit the fee along with post dated cheque.
  • Also only one such application can be given in one quarter. Moreover, management must be satisfied with the reason mentioned in the application. This application must be given by parents themselves in the school office latest by 15th of first month of every quarter.
  • Whole month fee is chargeable if the student has attended the school even for a single day in a particular month.
  • Fee & other charges once paid, will not be refundable in any case even if the child has not attended the school for a single day.
  • All school dues are accepted in cash/cheque/card at school as well as Bank authorized by the school.
  • Each student will be issued a printed fee book indicating the amount payable which should be presented at the Bank Counter, duly filled in & signed in triplicate by the respective Parents/Guardian.
  • Two counter foils will be detached by the bank and the third copy is meant for the parents for their records.
  • Parent should preserve the receipt, to be produced, if demanded by the school.
  • In case of loss of fee book the school office should be informed immediately. A new fee book will be issued on payment of Rs.50 only.
  • Overwriting of any sort in the fee book will make it invalid in such cases, will not be accepted.
  • If any parents has deposited the fee by online transaction, they must send the copy of transaction slip with student’s name, class & section mentioned on it on school’s E-mail ID i.e. bediinternationalschool@gmail.com & also confirm the same via telephonic call / whatsapp on 8881388802,9997769148. Also if the fee is deposited late then parents must deposit the fee with late fine itself. In case fine is not deposited, it will remain standing in the fee dues of the child which have to be cleared in school itself.
  • In case of cheque bounce, parents will be requested to clear the dues immediately with penalty as levied according to bank norms. In case of any delay, School is entitled to make legal proceedings against the defaulting person.
  • Students will not be allowed to join classes from new session, until all the pending fee dues are cleared or until special permission from school management is obtained. Also Management reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student at end of the session on basis of non-payment of fee dues or irregularity in fee deposition.
  • For board classes, fee dues must be cleared before practicals. In case of delay, parents will have to deposit Post dated cheque with hand written application duly signed by parents.

Note: It is not the duty of the school Authorities to remind you to deposit the fee of your ward on time. School has no liability in providing records, in case fee book is lost by parents.
