HILLCREST HOUSE

“ Heights Create The Imagination”

This saying has inspired the students of Hillcrest House to always give their best no matter what the outcome, whether in the field or on the stage. To make efforts, to live the true feeling of competition and never to be pessimistic are some of the tenets of the students of Hillcrest House.

The entire Hillcrest House family of Bedi International School braced themselves with determination to perform the best in the year 2023-24. The House captain and Vice-Captain got down in earnest to select and encourage the talented boys and girls for all coming sports and games activities.

Students whether junior or senior, took active participation in all sports activity and came out with flying color, in most of the events. The performance of the Hillcrest House right till the end was cynosure and the students tried myriad ways to give their best. Hillcrest House faced many ups and downs throughout the year but the students of the house were always sangfroid and avant-garde. They were never ready to give up and their collective hard work landed them in all time favorite valiance.

Hillcrest House managed to secure the first runner up in Rangoli Making Competition. The House perform really commendable and exhibiting the energetic performance the house was the overall winner.

The students of Hillcrest House have settled to bid a bon-voyage to this year’s failures and are moving ahead with clarity and an even bigger determination to become insuperable. We wish the students and teachers for their ‘Bona Fide Savoir-Faire’ in the upcoming year.

OAKLAND HOUSE

“ Don’t limit your challenges, Challenge your limits.”

The colour Blue of Oakland House symbolizes stability ,inspiration, wisdom and reliability. Having firm faith in the above dictum, Oakland House students believe in the sincere desire to win and achieve their goals.

The year brought with it many new challenges , joys and responsibilities. A large number of scholastic and non-scholastic activities were conducted throughout the year. The students of Oakland House, under the able guidance of their teachers gave their best in all activities. Although they were not the winners in all , but they were motivated enough to give their 100 percent in all events. Then came the Inter-House Sports events. Oakland House was the winner in Football Seniors and Sub-Juniors. Moreover,Oakland House students were the champions in Tug of war and Chess. Also, Oakland House students bagged a number of prizes in many athletic events.

The students of Oakland House have bid adieu to this year’s limitations and are moving ahead with determination to excel in all fields in the next session. We wish the students and teachers GOOD LUCK for the upcoming year.

WOODLAND HOUSE

“Bravery, Recognition, Strength”

"Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines practiced everyday".

Actions are the fundamental key to success. The new academic year brought with it new hopes, new aspirations, new commitments and many more victories to follow. The students of Woodland House are always determined to do their best by following the motto of the House. The House for the whole year has been both dynamic and colourful. The students learnt many motivational things by participating in special assemblies. The leadership qualities, self-discipline, organizational skills, sportsmanship, etc were also followed while performing the duties and competing with other Houses.

The Session 2023-24 saw Commendable Achievement. The students were over whelmed when the House bagged the III position in Inter House Rangoli Competition on the occasion of Diwali, I position in Inter House Volleyball & Basketball Match and III Position in Football, as well as they secure I Position in Relay Race and Won many other medals in Chess, Table tennis, Lawn tennis, Taekwondo , the above fact reminded us that we should keep our spirits high. The session had been struggling for Woodland House in terms of achievements.

The House expresses its gratitude to the school these competitions. Our hearts go in praise and extend our thanks to Principal Ma'am Mrs. J.K. Sawhney , House Incharge and Co-Incharge along with other House teachers. Their guidance provided many more achievements and happiness to the House.

We personally wish that Almighty shower blessings on everyone. We extremely hope that in the next session our golden run towards excellence and achievements would continue with this we would like to end with the words of "Albert Einstein- "Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory".

With this thought in mind, we were glad to shoulder the responsibility of Highfield House. This academic year had been a year of hopes, learning, team work, responsibility, success and faith in God.

Highfield House has exhibited commendable achievements and contributions throughout the academic year. Academically, students from Highfield House have consistently demonstrated excellence in various subjects, showcasing a commitment to learning and intellectual growth.

Highfield House Students actively participated in Corner Decoration and Rangoli making Competition and displayed their creativity. Highfield House was the Winner of the competition. This was possible due to tireless efforts of Hillcrest House students.

In the realm of sports, Highfield athletes have displayed remarkable prowess, securing victories in inter-house sports competitions and upholding the spirit of healthy competition. Their dedication to physical fitness and teamwork has been truly commendable. And the House secured II position at Annual Sports Competitions.

In summary, Highfield House continues to excel academically, athletically, and socially. The students' collective efforts contribute significantly to the school's overall success and embody the values of dedication, teamwork, and community engagement.

I would like to thank all the teachers of Highfield House for their continuous support and students for showing zeal for every event. We hope that we will continue our winning streak in all fields and bring laurels to our beloved House.
